I'd personally call it as Winter Soldier, but I've seen others here call it as Daredevil.
What would you say it was?

Winter Soldier.
Daredevil is a close second, but Winter Soldier right now is better than #1-25 of Bru's initial Captain America run. And that's a tall order.

DD, then WS just barely behind. and F4, Wolvy & the X-Men and Invincible Iron Man round out my top 5, although maybe not in that order.

Daredevil.
Wolvie & X-Men and Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers are next in line. Then you've got Uncanny X-Force,New Mutants and Punisher.

FF\F4, Ultimates, Wolverine and his X-Mens, Winter Soldier and DD are all kicking ass, but of those FF is kicking the most.

My current favorite happens to be Amazing Spider-Man. But in particular order are some others:
Avengers Academy
Invincible Iron Man
Winter Soldier
Wolverine and The X-Men
X-Factor

I'm not reading current superheroes for the most part, neither marvel or dc, but I've read so many good things from you guys about Wolverine and The X-Men that I ordered the first volume from Amazon.
I hope its awesome.

Obviously, you're some skinny, single nerd living on the East Coast who probably derives value in life from wrestling matches, hoping that Wolverine gets to sleep with teenagers and engaging in casual drug use. You're literally the worst thing to happen to comics since Stan Lee.
