A Huntress GN written by some lady I've never heard of. And it was free. It was awful.

EDIT: Huntress: Year One by Ivory Madison. God, it was sooo bad.

I like Neil Gaiman.

I like pretentious comics sometimes.

I should love Sandman.

I read 3 or 4 trades and just couldn't get into it at all.

I don't know why, but it's just not good. I think it's one of those books that might just be a product of it's time and that reading it after all the things that have ripped it off and done the same kinds of things, it's just not something I can enjoy.

The concept is cool, but the execution is beyond awful. If you don't have a master in Avenger history, you don't understand one thing. Also, Fight, exposition, fight, fight, exposition, does not make for a good story.

Ultimates 3/Ultimatum by Loeb is the one that comes to mind. I might have read others that were worse but if so I've blocked them from my mind/forgotten about them.

Wanted by Millar is the worst one I own. Starts off interesting enough but the last page is complete and utter crap and makes me regret I bought the book. Seriously, the movie was better than the book. :smt011

Your face is woeful. Ultron Unlimited and Avengers Forever are both all-time top 5 Avengers stories, and damn sure better than anything Bendis has ever done with the team

Wow, Sandman vol 1 and Arkham Asylum as worst? :shock:

Wanted comes to mind for me. Ultimatum was pretty damn bad also.
