this is the first time this has happened since I took over, so I'll ask
that cover is the same as issue number one of the mini, should it be allowed?

typically Starlord wouldn't allow it unless it was different some how, whether it was colored diffferently or something.. But if its the EXACT same cover then it shouldn't be allowed.

its an original gn.. but it a preview of it was released in may for Free Comic Book Day with the same cover, so technically the cover has been published before..
