Think about it - instead of being a conversation killer, you could be a conversation starter. Put your thoughts on Dan and the Gang's corruption of the moral fabric of the DC Universe into a thoughtful essay, and let people discuss that instead.

Exactly. Channel that rage into something. Like a regular article just showcasing the flaws of the Didio era DC. That could easily be a weekly series.

Well, to save everyone from the inevitable drama that seems destined to occur here, perhaps I should just lock the thread. Problem would be solved...

What abuse of power. I gave you a warning. Jude explained why.

Again: Too bad that's not an actual rule.

You need to show me a GENUINE rule that warrants your warning. Otherwise, you really should admit that you are abusing your power, and the only thing I actually did is "get on your nerves."

That is what I was saying. Herald would have an audience of readers instead of the same people on the forum. Why wouldn't you want to share your ideas with a wider audience instead of the same few people you constantly disagree with?

A regular article that no one would read.
I'll pass, thanks.

You know more people read the front page articles than the forum threads, right?

Herald thinks he's Bugs Bunny but he's really Elmer Fudd. Is there a trope for that?

I'm sure that not all people read all the articles, that the "hit count" on each article is different.

Just because they rush in to read satirical pieces doesn't mean they'll rush in to read not-so-funny commentary.

Actually, that sort of thing (like the serious articles Zechs and BlueStreak have written on DC's Toxic Characters bullcrap) have done extremely well. I honestly think there would be an audience for the occasional well written piece of editorial criticism, and Blue and I both remarked on your last piece that you are a good writer when not devoting your energy toward making obnxiously long retorts to others' posts.

Hell, maybe you and Amoebas could do an ongoing point - counter point type of thing, or you could have a rotating series of guests to debate with in a new version of Vs. We should discuss the possibilities.
