well, as we all know:

-Unless stated otherwise (and even when stated) if a writer leaves a book it is because he was fired
-Comic book companies don't like making money, so they'd fire a popular and well selling writer in order to go broke
-Interviews have a retroactive effect on reality
-KIRKMAN!!!!!! :smt013
-anyone who isn't currently writing a book about a character older than GOSD is an indy hack who has no loyalty to fictional characters and is a rabid anti-[instert publisher here] fanboy
-Lee and Kirby wanting to create new characters is completely different than anyone else wanting to because logic

Also:

- Any nuance in any review of Marvel product must immediately mean the writer hates Marvel with the heat of an exploding sun. Even if the review is a five star one.

Hey, if you don't love and buy every Marvel book every month you hate Marvel and therefore hate children.
Furthermore, unless you state unequivocally that each and every single one of those books was perfect, you are a rabid anti-Marvel fanboy

Wait...

The Bass is going to advise people that marvel fired Jason Aaron (the man writing this year's big crossover). In other words, he's going to advise customers against buying Amazing X-Men.

In other words:

THE BASS HATES MARVEL!!!

Wow, only seven issues for Aaron? That's...kind of disappointing. Don't get me wrong, I've liked past works of Kyle and Yost, but given the revamping of Wolverine & the X-Men, I figured Aaron would be on Amazing a wee bit longer. But not even making it into double-digits? Hm.

Personally I do not believe Bass believes all that he has spouted off. I feel that he just makes it up to get a rise out of people. Though I'll say that RU and Nieto has done a wonderful job playing to Bass strengths.

Deep down I think he is just a little boy waiting for his next comic book written by Kirkman all the while yelling to the rafters so people will just look at him.

I'm not sure why the first 6 issues of amazing couldn't have been the end if his W&tXM run

for shame Marvel, for shame*

(please note, although the above could be construed as a critique of Marvel, the writer of this post wants it to be known that he is not a rabid anti-Marvel fanboy and believes that it is possible to critique something without hating it. Unless its Dutch, then fuck it.)
