It's hard for me to judge all the new Marvel stuff sine they're only a few issues in, but aside from those, this is what I like right now

Batman
Ultimate Spider-Man
Wonder Woman
Saga
American Vampire
Hawkeye
Wolverine & The X-Men
The Massive
Manhattan Projects
Daredevil

I think in a few months this list will probably include All New X-Men and Indestructible Hulk.

There's not enough issues out on the Marvel NOW comics for me to rank them.

1.) Invincible
2.) Saga
3.) The Sixth Gun
4.) Walking Dead
5.) Morning Glories
6.) Mind The Gap
7.) Supergirl
8.) Hack Slash
9.) Witchblade
10.) Revival

1. Saga

2. Fables
3. Daredevil
4. X-Factor
5. Hawkeye
6. Uncanny Avengers
7. Indestructable Hulk
8. The All New X-Men
9. Thor God of Thunder
10. Wolverine

Kinda hard to put a list together right now with so many titles ending and many new ones popping up. Top choice is easy though, so far ahead of the rest of thee pack.

Won't include any Marvel Now series as I only have one or two of them so far.

1 - Daredevil
2 - Aquaman
3 - Conan the Barbarian
4 - Journey into Mystery
5 - All-Star Western
6 - The Shadow
7 - Walking Dead
8 - Lord of the Jungle
9 - Earth 2
10 - Swamp Thing

Bubbling under would be Suicide Squad (Death of the Family tie-in shunted it out of my top 10), Justice League Dark, Worlds Finest, Wonder Woman, Animal Man. Just bought a run of Flash (see what I did there?) & Savage Hawkman which I've yet to read. Like the look of Captain America, Thor, Indestructible Hulk & Avengers Arena.
Punisher would've been in there but that's just come to an end I believe.

For someone who was a bit disgruntled at the whole DCNU there's a lot of them in my top 10, or just under.

Also sounds like I should have a look at Saga.

I've just edited this post after catching up on Lord of the Jungle and omitting Conan.

Put me in the camp of not enough of most Marvel Now titles to make the list yet. I think that Thor & Incredible Hulk would be in the running.

1) Saga
2) Batman
3) Wolverine & the X-Men
4) Daredevil
5) Conan the Barbarian
6) Unwritten
7) Archer & Armstrong
8) Invincible
9) Deadpool
10) Batman & Robin

Bubble books in no particular order:
American Vampire
Worlds' Finest
Batgirl
Nightwing
JL Dark
Animal Man
Swamp Thing
I, Vampire
G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero

Hellblazer would have been my #2 book, but since it's so close to ending right now I didn't put it on the list.

Eh, it's good, but I don't like it nearly as much as everybody else around here seems to. Some nice art, and some interesting ideas and characters, but some stuff that seems a bit weird or shocking just for the sake of being weird or shocking, and as a whole a reading experience that, FOR ME, isn't as fun as a good many oter books I'm reading. But that's more a matter of personal taste than any technical failings of the book itself.
