Neat little story:

One of my university professors was helping out with a conference some years ago whose guest of honor was Nadine Gordimer, and he had the wonderful duty of being her guide/whatever for the conference. So after all the conference stuff and the public crap, they finally got to sit and chat. He had all these questions prepped in his head for her about her writing and apartheid and South Africa and all that, but all she wanted to talk about was Muppets.

It warms my soul knowing that Nadine Gordimer likes Muppets.

Okay, that's the end of my story.

Nah. I haven't heard officially but I am guessing it is still muppets. I think they would have made a big deal if it differred.

Love the Muppets but they haven't exactly knocked it out of the park the last few ventures they've done so I'm not exactly overwhelmed by this.
