Hiko Seijuro

Year first appeared 1996

Hiko Seijuro was the current master of Hiten Mitsurugi style swordsmanship. He was Kenshin's master, and possibly the strongest character in the series.

Hiko is shown to be very sarcastic, egotistical and a punishing taskmaster, often referring to Kenshin as "My stupid/idiot apprentice," and bringing up Kenshin's past to provoke him into training harder. Kenshin describes his personality as "crude, cruel, and hateful." Despite this rough exterior, he has a deep sense of responsibility to Kenshin and those he protects, in the rare cases when he does get involved in a situation (usually at his own will). He has also been shown to be highly respectful and polite towards those he considers to be a true warrior, while at the same time condescending on those he considers to be weak. He loves sake, himself, and teasing Kenshin, although this is a testament to his excellent skill and powerful body. Master and student frequently have bouts of slapstick conflict between them. He dislikes socialization, and in order to avoid having to work with people, he makes his living as a pottery artist.

Ronald Reagan

Year first appeared: 2005

Hahahahahaha. HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHHA. Ronald Reagan, former actor, governor, and President of the United States, is many things. Patriot. Great Communicator. Protector of American life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

But one thing he isn't is deceased.

Reanimated from the grave by unknown means, Ronnie now works as an employee of a small toy store. In this second life, he bestows wisdom on his (much) younger coworkers and happily shrinks from the spotlight to clean up the vomit in aisle 14. If his skills are needed, however, he eagerly rises to the challenge. No things are impossible for the former President, for he is enabled by the powerful aura of Patriotism, a God-given force no Communist can dream to understand.

After overhearing Ethan tell Amber that bringing back anything from the 1980's was like money in the bank, Galasso decided to bring him back. He now is an employee at Shortpacked! (which is also the name of the webcomic).

Natural charisma has led Reagan to be a great toy salesman, selling more CPRs than any other employee that doesn't resort to physical violence or promises of sexual gratification

Recca

Year first appeared: 1995

These manga characters have giving me the most headaches ever. And is almost inspiring me NOT to read them. Almost.

Anywho, Flame of Recca follows the story of a teenage boy named Recca Hanabishi, who is interested in ninja and claims to be one himself. He often gets into fights because he made it publicly known that the person who manages to defeat him will earn his services as a loyal ninja. Despite this, he eventually pledges his loyalty and services as a ninja to Yanagi Sakoshita, a girl with the innate ability to heal any wound/injury, because of her kindness and compassion. Recca soon discovers that he possesses the innate ability to control/manipulate flames, and eventually learns that he is actually the son of the sixth generation leader of the Hokage, a ninja clan that was wiped out by Oda Nobunaga in 1576, roughly 400 years before the series' present day

Wallace Wells

Year first appeared: 2004

"Wallace Wells is easily the coolest gay character in comics. THE COOLEST."

I honestly could not find any info on this guy, none at all. So, what did I do? I turned to the person that nominated him. So, this next paragraph is written by GLX aka Mr. Hard To Find Lame Characters.

Wallace Wells is known as Scott Pilgrim's former smart ass roommate. He's well known for making out with Stacey Pilgrim's date and making Scott his bitch (in a non-sexual way). He currently lives with his boyfriend, Mobile. His birthday is in July. Oh, and he should also be higher in this list.
