GLX is back to review two new comics and two (barely) old comics.Secret Invasion Aftermath: Beta Ray Bill - The Green of Eden #1
A good bit entertaining. Everything moves at a nice pace. Brereton's work is great, but I was hoping for some painted work from him. The upcoming Godhunter mini might be cool.

Uncanny X-Men #508
Solid issue. Some interesting developments are in motion and the comic read smoothly. With the exception of some dialogue from Northstar/Wolverine's talk, this issue went well.

Side Dishes on the House
Deadpool #9
I didn't expect to enjoy this comic as much as I did, but I had fun. Not as sharp as the last part of the story in Thunderbolts, but fun none the less. Interested in how Diggle will end this story.

Simon Dark #18
Started off well, but the ending left me hanging. Not in the, "what happens next", way, but in a, "huh", sort of state. Everything was handled well for what it was though. Niles did a solid job with the dialogue and Hampton was great as usual. In a way, it didn't end on a whimper, but in a nice fade out. A shame that this comic didn't get enough love. Hats off to Niles and Hampton for a great series.
