GLX's gives his take on some of the comics that will be out in April.Pick of the Month: Wolverine #72
Old Man Logan has been one kick ass story and would be worthy of a purchase on the spot. Considering last issue's shocking ending, the next issue of Wolverine is my pick of the month.
Other Comics:
Amazing Spiderman #590 and #591
Two Spidey comics that feature the Fantastic Four and it's written by Dan Slott? Sold.
Captain America Comics #1 70th Anniversary Special
Might be worth a purchase. Marcos Martin is a godsend and I've heard good things about James Robinson.
Fantastic Four #566
Looks like Dr. Doom had some people school him Villainy 101. Despite the potential for this tale to stink, I have faith in Millar and Hitch.
The Flash: Rebirth #1
I understand that some comic fans aren't feeling this comic, but it looks like it could be cool. Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver are highly talented I'm interested in how this comic will read.
Ghost Rider #34
After last issue's badassery, I'm definately looking foward to this. Also, Tony Moore is a beast. Go buy it.
Secret Warriors #3
This comic narrowly missed getting pick of the month. That being said, this comic has been awesome from the get go. Everything about it reeks of awesome.
Viking #1
A 9th century crime comic involving vikings? Sounds badass. Nic Klein art makes it even it more badass. Why no mention of Ivan Brandon? Wasn't impressed with Secret Invasion: Home Invasion, but I've heard good things about his other work. Hoping for this to rock.
War of Kings #2
Considering the first issue was set up material, I'm hoping that this comic ramps things up with this issue.
Wolverine: Weapon X #1
Despite the $3.99 price tag, I might actually buy this. Why? Jason Aaron and Ron Garney, the duo behind last year's Get Mystique story.
