Well, to be more accurate, that's Daniel, Jericho Drumm's brother. I suppose he could be considered Brother Voodoo as in the original stories, the two brothers combined were who made Brother Voodoo.

Still don't get why they are bothering rebooting stuff.

You make a big deal of Fantastic Four #600 only to stop it a year later.

Whatever just please don't make the new series suck.
