During an interview with the Comic Book Club, Kevin Conroy the legendary voice of Batman, revealed the next DC Animated Movie after the two Dark Knight Returns, an adapation of the multiverse and time shattering recent comic event, Flashpoint.

Conroy talks of the Flashpoint movie at the 5:20 mark in the interview he has with Comic Book Club (along with Jon Glaser of Delocated fame).

Given the next three animated movies for DC Animated movies are adaptations of Superman vs. the Elite and the two part The Dark Knight Returns, one must expect the movie to hit DVD shelves around mid to late 2013.

Guys, this is the DC Animation division we are talking about. They have a good record of pulling off what the comic books can't. It will probably be a different take on the concept. I'll give it a chance.

That means Flashpoint would merely be the name of the show. If they try to be faithful to the comics, it won't be much good at all.
