i'd actually say LSU and Auburn are about equal in the run game. and while both QBs are pedestrian at best, i'd say LSU has an advantage over Auburn in the passing game, simply because they actually have legitimate SEC receivers. between Holliday, Tolliver, Byrd, Lafell, and whatever other track star with hands they can throw out there, they're worlds better than Auburn's bunch of slaps. kicking game and home field keeps it close, but i agree with your score: LSu by 6 in a low-scoring slugfest that both teams probably will need at least two weeks to recover from physically.
and yeah, our offense SUCKS. our defense is good enough to let us hang around every week, but if we don't change
something in our offensive game plan, we my be dropping right back to 3-9.
