I think it'll be the return of Isaiah Bradley.
The evidence:
1) Isaiah will be be appearing in Captain America 600.
2) As pointed out in a blog post somewhere, the image floating around touting Reborn looks like the cover to Truth: Red, White and Black.
3)Kyle Baker posted an image to his blog of Isaiah, saying it was from an upcoming project.
4)There a new countdown clock on CBR that will end at 3 PM tomorrow with the caption "The truth revealed"

I say considering the stuff we've already seen, Heroes Reborn Bucky becomes Cap's new sidekick and everyone will be let down AFTER falling for the hype and making the issue a huge seller. |

It'll be black Cap. Marvel is desperate for attention from the press, and the press won't give a shit about any of those other things. Stupid, because it's not the best story for fans - it's the best story for the press to get mainstream attention from people who won't buy comics anyway.
