So the thread this morning on Pineapple Express made me wonder if my sense of humor is broken... everyone but me seems to think it was funny.

so let's talk about funny movies.

my favorite are as follows.

1. Some Like It Hot
2. The Producers (the original movie with Gene Wilder)
3. The Big Lebowski
4. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
5. Arsenic and Old Lace

So what are your favorite funny movies? Is my list a pile of dogshit? Do I just need to spend more time high?

In alphabetical order (don't make me rank 'em!)

Big Lebowski
Blazing Saddles
Clue
Fletch
Smokey & The Bandit

I'm sure I left out a couple of other classics. There are some movies that aren't solely funny movies that I like just as much, if not more. (All About Eve, It Happened One Night, Paper Moon, Time Bandits...)

I've never seen Clue and the last time I saw Smokey and the Bandit I was eight, but there is nothing wrong with the rest of that list at all. I will try to see the other two.

I have never seen Office Space or Joe Dirt. Love Blazing Saddles. I like Animal House, but I don't think it is THAT funny. And Anchor Man has its moments but I don't really like it.
