My not so secret obsession is K-pop. Here is where I impose upon you some of my favorites:

I have no interest in K-pop, but several of my friends are into it. It's pretty darn big according to my friends in Japan (and their daughters).

J-rock still triumphs over all other forms of music from Asia but that's my opinion

Salwen probably likes F-Pop.

Actually lots of good Filipino singers. But Salwen's a big Imelda Marcos fan I think.

Is there F-pop? I guess there must be. I can't say I really listen to much Filipino music.

The one band I really liked was a reggae group called Brownman Revival, but I don't think they're together anymore.

It was a subtle attempt at implying that K-pop sucks, and that your cuteness may allow you to get away with liking something because guys tolerate that stuff when they think a girl is cute.

I can't remember how many plays I had to endure in college because of a girl I was dating...

Nah I haven't heard much native Filipino music, but a lot of folks come here to perform English songs. Nice voices.
