Best All the World's a Stage Tournament

Posters pick two stories from the comics to adapt for the stage, and the type of production it would be (i.e Opera, Broadway musical, Ballet, Kabuki, Greek Tragedy, etc.) PJ may wanna DQ Superman, Batman, & Spider-Man, since they've been done or are in production, and Thor because of the Wagner opera stuff.

Most in need of a Makeover - characters with the worst costumes

Since Disney owns Marvel and ABC... Super Once Upon A Time Tournament, where each poster suggests 2. Marvel characters they'd like to see reimagined on the show (like the Disney Fables tourney awhile back)... OR who should be the next Dianey character to appear?

One of the things you do which I enjoy is the tie in to pop culture or current trends, which I usually don't follow. Hmm, wish I could think of some better ideas, but here's a few I thought of:

Best to be trapped in the past/future/specific time period.
Best to be trapped on a desert island/in a mine shaft.
Best Dancing with the Stars contestant.
Best coach for an Olympics team.
Best commercial spokesman for (specific product).
Most interesting crossover with Archie.
Most interesting late night talk show host (especially fun for villains).
Most interesting cookbook.

Best Super Best Friends Forever Tournament: Posters select two young female adult characters, one from the DCU, and one from another comic universe, to be new Best Super Friends Forever with Supergirl, Batgirl, and Wonder Girl.

Since it is apparently the theme of the Outhouse this week...
Best come on out of the closet - Pick a character (or two) from Marvel or DC who have not previously been established as gay and bring them out.

To tie in to Astonishing X-Men (or June being a wedding month)...
Best new wedding couple - Pick two characters who have never been married in comics before and have them plan a wedding.
Alternative: Have the couple be from two different universes
Bonus: Pick a best man/maid of honor

Best Memorial Day speech replacement. Cap and the Winter Soldier are out on a Secret Avengers mission. Choose a character from any comic universe to take their place and do the speech for the opening ceremonies at Arlington on Memorial Day.

Tie in to Amazing Spider-Man movie...
Best ASM rip-off movie. A small movie company wants to take advantage of the hype surrounding the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man movie. They call you in to pitch an "original" about a radioactively created hero. Create something that hasn't been done (the name should imply the power/origin).

Tie in to GI Joe: Retaliation
Best new GI Joe recruit. Having their ranks slimmed down, the GI Joe team recruits new members. Pick 2 characters from any comic or animated universe that hasn't been part of the Joes previously.

Posters submit two characters that have names that could be considered awkward or inappropriate to some people.

Best good Didio/Bad Didio tournament:

Posters select two things that happened in the comics during Dan Didio era at DC. One has to be what the poster considers to be a good thing that happened, and the other has to be a bad thing. It can be a series, event, specific moment, character, etc. as long as it happened in the comics. No general comments or left handled "compliments."
