There's a moment in the movie where Cap gives orders to a cop, who doubts his qualifications until Cap stomps some bad guys, and then turns around and radios the rest of the police with Cap's orders. That cop seems really familiar. It doesn't list the appearance on his IMDB but is that cop the guy who played Thor in THE INCREDIBLE HULK RETURNS (and current star of Disney's GOOD LUCK CHARLIE) Eric Allan Kramer?

Nah, the cop wasn't him. He's a very familiar character/bit part guy, but I can't think of what else he's been in at the moment...

Yeah, I don't normally let my stepson watch those Disney "kid" sitcoms because of how they portray love and relationships, etc., when he should be too young to care about that stuff, but I gave GOOD LUCK a chance because Thor was in it. LOL, I'm a horrible father.
