Gameplay Trailer for New Tomb Raider Game Emerges

Today, Square Enix unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming game titled Tomb Raider.

The plot is described as follows:

"A young Lara Croft has already proven herself to be a survivor, but one on the cusp of an extraordinary adventure. Caught in the clutches of an enigmatic island, Lara is captured by hostile natives and faced with a traumatic and character-defining decision. On this island, forces beyond her control leave Lara little alternative but to ruthlessly fight for her life."

The trailer below shows Lara in some pretty brutal situations:

Crystal Dynamics is developing the game, while Square Enix will publish it. Tomb Raider comes out on March 5, 2013 and will be available on PC, X-Box 360 and Playstation 3..

I thought this was supposed to be a X-mas release :cry:

Looks great but I'm not sold on her voice yet. I know this is her origin but way to whiny in this promo.

Delaying to weird months for release is the new math.
