Ohio St. starting quarterback Braxton Miller is named the third best QB in the company by Pat Forde. Michigan's Devin Gardner, Nebraska's Taylor Martinez, and Northwestern's Kain Colter also make the list. Not surprisingly, Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel is the nation's best QB according for Forde.
