C.J. Mosley and Christion Jones respond to report of D.J. Fluker taking improper benifits.

Two Alabama players, linebacker C.J. Mosley and wide receiver Christion Jones, defended the Crimson Tide football program Wednesday after a Yahoo! Sports report accused former teammate D.J. Fluker of receiving improper benefits. Both denied having any knowledge of the allegations.

Mosley defended the program, pointing out that Alabama talks to players and their families about issues involving contact with agents.

"That's upsetting to hear, but that was a different day," Mosley said. "That's what happened in the past and the coaches do a great job of informing us and our parents about agents and things like that. So I'm pretty sure that won't be happening again."

Jones repeated Mosley's comments regarding Alabama's compliance department.

"I don't really get involved with that," Jones said. "Our compliance does a great job teaching us about all those things and staying away from agents and stuff like that. We can talk about A&M and leave it at that. I don't really get involved with that."

The players seemed to handle the situation better than Alabama head football coach Nick Saban, who walked out on reporters during a press conference after multiple questions on the Yahoo! Sports report.
