SEC power couple A.J. McCarron and Katherine Webb decided to use some of their Alabama bye week downtime on Monday to visit a Birmingham area haunted house. The Alabama starting quarterback and his Hardees' spokeswoman  girlfriend were seen together at Birmingham's Warehouse 31. McCarron had reportedly been looking for haunted houses to visit via Twitter, and was invited by "fans and cast members" of the attraction to check it out.

Warehouse 31 owner and operator Jason Sills explains how things came about.

"It started early in the day," Sills said. "I guess AJ must have made a tweet this morning around 10 a.m. We jumped on there and told him to come out to Warehouse 31. We got fans and cast members to post."

One of the cast members reportedly wore an Auburn jersey to "frighten" McCarron, an ironic move considering Webb is an Auburn grad.
