A.J. McCarron discusses what it was like being recruited by LSU head coach Les Miles.

It's LSU-Alabama week. Which means that Crimson Tide starting quarterback A.J. McCarron naturally gets asked a lot of questions about LSU. During a meeting with the press, McCarron discussed his meetings with LSU head coach Les Miles when he was being recruited for college.

"He's awesome," McCarron said. "Literally, I don't think we even talked much about football while I was there. It was more about stories and his upbringing and how he was raised. That's really all I remember."

Here's video of McCarron discussing being recruited by Miles.
