It looks as though Texas may have finally found their man. Both ESPN and the AP are reporting that Texas will offer its head coaching position to Lousiville HC Charlie Strong. Strong, who led Louisville to a is expected to accept the offer.
Strong was hired by Louisville in December, 2009. He's 37-15 at the school, and has led the Cardinals to four straight bowl games, winning three of them in the 2010, 2012, and 2013 seasons. This includes beating Florida in the 2013 Sugar Bowl, and this season's win over Miami in the Russel Athletic Bowl.
