Tre Mason is an ex-Auburn Tiger. The junior running back announced on Thursday that he is leaving the school's football program and forgoing his final year of eligibility to enter the 2014 NFL Draft.
Mason ran for 2,979 rushing yard in his career at Auburn. He had 516 carries with 32 touchdowns. The NFL Draft Advisory Board has evaluated him as a third-rounder.
"After all the thought, talking to family and friends, I talked to my mom and dad, went over it a lot with them," Mason said. "I'm going to declare for the 2014 NFL Draft."
