Eric Crouch, the Heisman Trophy, and a bathroom stall.

The awkward bathroom stall news item today surprisingly doesn't come from Sochi, but instead from Beveridge Magnet Middle School in Omaha, Nebraska. It was there that former Nebraska Heisman Trophy-winning starting quarterback Eric Crouch took time out of his schedule to sign the school's "Stall of Fame." No this is not a joke. It's a bathroom stall that features the signatures of a number of sports figures, including Bobby Knight.

Back when I went to school, bathroom humor was frowned upon. This school apparently approves of it. To a point, at least. This is still probably not the kind of place the New York Athletic Club ever expected to see a picture of with the Heisman show up.
