Just a Little Blud: Season 1, Episode 10 - Decompression Sickness

Just a Little Blud: Season 1, Episode 10 - Decompression Sickness

By Jon Salwen, Jude Terror, and SuperginraiX in Webcomics on May 14, 2009

In episode 10 of Just a Little Blud, the strip parodies the writing style of Marvel Comics legend Brian Bendis, as Blud Blood takes the entire strip to take a sip form a can of coke, making three creators made fun of before Rob Liefeld (four if you count Qarne Asada), for those of us who are keeping count, which we are not.

Here is the aforementioned uncolored version of Episode 9. In order to cover up for their incompetence, the creative team released this version as a special chrome variant, thereby getting double the hits for one comic (for a grand total of 12 hits).

Just a Little Blud: Season 1, Episode 9 - Fallen Blud 6 of 5

Just a Little Blud: Season 1, Episode 9 - Fallen Blud 6 of 5

By Jon Salwen, Jude Terror, and SuperginraiX in Webcomics on May 12, 2009

As a testament to the epic scope of the monumental Fallen Blud storyline (or as a result of poor planning and lack of a plot outline), the five part series runs a little bit long, as Fallen Blud Part 6 of 5 features yet another senseless death, that of Jude Terror. Unfortunately, everyone is so desensitized to violence by this point that nobody cares. Also, this strip marks the beginning of a new look and logo for Just a Little Blud. Also, issues with primadonna colorist SuperginraiX caused the strip to be so late that it was released without colors at first. Though Jude Terror eventually added the colored art to the comic, due to his lack of pride in his work, he forgot to change the title of the strip from "special uncolored version."

By Jon Salwen, Jude Terror, and SuperginraiX in Webcomics on May 11, 2009

Chapter 5 of Fallen Blud features the introduction of a brand new character (who would eventually be dropped when no one was paying attention), the return of fan favorite character and series artist Jon Salwen, and a comprehensive discussion of the metaphysical issues involved in death and resurrection in comics.
