Dark Knight Returns Animated Trailer Hits the Web

In a move that has shocked the comic book world, WB has chosen to release an animated movie based on the source material that David Goyer and Christopher Nolan ripped off to make the Dark Knight Rises. It features a retired Bruce Wayne who faces a foe younger and stronger than himself, and loses. Catwoman is a madame instead of a 99% Robin Hood, but we'll give Anne Hathaway the edge because she's hot.
Make no mistake about it, fanboys, Nolan and Goyer's concept of a "more realistic" Dark Knight has been done, and it was done 30 years ago. It may be the closest thing to a Dexter animated movie we're likely to get.
