Next Skyrim DLC: Dragonborn?

Rumors and leaks are in the air again as the third Skyrim add-on is discussed.

Is the next expansion from Bethesda to The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim going to be called Dragonborn? Some Bethesda Forum users - [1] [2] - have dug through the 1.8 beta patch that PC users can sign up for and found some interesting lines of code. Several of which refer to 'Dragonborn' and 'DLC2'. (If you don't count the small add-on that was Hearthfire, this would be considered the second major DLC for the game).
Details that first leaked on Dawnguard were found in the same way as files were added into the main game patches to effect the entire game and not just the DLC. Dawngaurd saw mounted combat added at about the same time through a patch as well as changes to all Vampire and Falmer loadouts in the game, not just those added by the DLC. Could the same thing be happening this time?
The code might offer the island of Solstheim, to the east of Skyrim, as a new place adventure takes the player to. New armor and possibly weapons as well, though that is almost an expectation with a major DLC for a game like this. And the biggeest rumor is the possibility of dragon riding. It's still fairly early and this is speculation, but similar guesswork proved somewhat accurate for Dawnguard. This early information may offer some pretty good clues, but as to what will happen as this floats around the internet and mixes with what fans want to see as they discuss it, who's to say.
