Just a short while ago, Bethesda tweeted this teaser image, saying only a trailer was coming on November 5th.
Due to the fact that some recent updates to Skyrim have offered a few details to the next DLC and players have encountered new random foes labeled at "Morag Tong Fanatics" after updating to the latest 1.8 patch, we may be looking at the image for the next Skyrim DLC. It also seems that many of those initial details may prove somewhat accurate.
Timing is about right as well for Skyrim's one year anniversary as well, so we may even see the DLC coming to us rather quicklly after the trailer's debut.
*I've attached the main image, but also attached some player screen captures of this "Morag Tong" NPC. This player is definitely on PC, so it could be something added in as a mod without them realizing it, but thought I would attach it for you to examine yourself if you wish. Bethesda does add new things to the game with updates when preparing for a DLC, especially when you are talking about things that can effect the rest of the game world outside of whatever area a DLC might add onto the game world. For a counter side to it being added by the patch, the player says the have a Dark Brotherhood mod installed and the Morag Tong are assassins, so it very well could be something small added on the side as part of the mod.
