The Summer of Valiant Day Four

Bloodshot goes hardcore when he joins the HARD Corps.

It's The Summer of Valiant again!

Our teaser today has to do with Bloodshot, as did yesterday's teaser, where we learned that creator Matt Kindt isn't going to be embarking on a rap career yet. Don't worry, we fact checked this time, and found out that Valiant character Bloodshot is not going to be starring in a Vivid Video comic book parody porn video, as we originally though. No, it appears that Bloodshot's monthly title will be changed to Bloodshot and HARD Corps. Somewhere in the Harbinger Wars crossover, we learned that HARD Corps are a group of retired Project Rising Spirit agents who were put out to pasture when Bloodshot was created, but who are now being deployed to take the pasty white guy down. It appears that that plan won't be entirely successful, since this image seems to show Bloodshot leading the group. Another change: the book will not be written by Duane Swierczynski, but by a combination of Valiant newcomer Christos Gage and Valiant exclusive Joshua Dysart. Recent Archer & Armstrong penciller Emanuela Lupacchino will be providing art. Oh yeah, and today we're linking to Newsarama so...that's fun.

Anyway, take a look at the artwork below.
