S.H.I.E.L.D. Ratings Drop Again

ABC is reportedly considering canceling Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. two times, just for good measure.

Another week, another devastating ratings plummet for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The beleaguered drama pulled in just 7.85 milion viewers with a 2.8 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic, numbers which were so bad we rubbed our chins and frowned when we saw them. The show was defeated by NCIS once again, provoking more rumors that it will soon be canceled despite recently being picked up for a full 22 episode run.

"Nuh uh," denied series creator Joss Whedon, citing a no take-backs clause in the show's contract.
