13 Slays of Halloween: Bodom (2016)

The last twist is this movie is a day late, but the reaction from Zechs is worth it.

As per the norm of my 13 Slays of Halloween, I look at any horror. Be it classic to current. Today's entry, Bodom (2016) is one such entry. It was recommended to me and by the poster alone I was intrigued. The trailer itself added to that feeling. Here it is:

Here's my review of it:

After still shooting that review, and having some time to mull it over. Yeah... This film was something. A well-shot and acted movie, but far as the script though? It tried to be clever in homaging a bit too much and delivered such an unsatisfying end. It's kind of sad, with all that had to go for it. Whelp! That's one modern entry down. The next entry is another with the appropriately titled, The Lure (2017).
