106. Preus (10 points)
Due to the compression of time more than a century had passed inside the bottle city of Kandor since Superman last visited. In that time the Kryptonian citizens had grown distrustful of descendents of other alien species. To police the "non-K" inhabitants a force was formed known as the Citizen's Patrol Corps. Foremost of their vanguard was Sergeant Preus, who served under the banner of El - named for their creator and god Superman.
Drawn into Kandor by the telepath Lyla, Kal-El was convinced the bottle city was his native Krypton - a planet that was never destroyed. Lyla plotted to escape the bottle city and was followed by Kal-El, who in turn was followed by Preus who believed Kal-El to be a murderer. When exposed to Earth's yellow sun Preus developed powers similar to Superman, but because of a feeling of betrayal due to his beliefs being shattered he became yet another of the Man of Steel's adversaries.
105. Nero (10 points - 1 first place slot)
Admitted into a mental institution at 14, Alex Nero was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and bi-polar issues. The Qwardians gavehim a yellow power ring to stop the Green Lantern Kyle Rayner. They wanted someone who was imaginative as him and Nero drew horrible creatures when he was young. He went on a rampage and beat Alan Scot and Kyle Rayner. Later Kyle got the Justice League to help fight Nero. They finally beat him by showing tapes of his parents which then made him go crazy and he made constructs of his parents, which taunted him. He then disappeared. He came back later to fight Kyle Rayner again. Kyle then became Ion and beat him and he was transported away by the Qwardains. He reappeared yet again masquerading as Ion and killing many people. Hal Jordan and Kyle Rayner found him and took him to the Guardians of the Universe. He was put in a science cell and later released when the Sinestro Corps attacked Oa and freed Superman Prime and the Cyborg Superman. He stayed in hiding until he found Kyle Rayner training Sodom Yat to help him be better with the Ion being. Nero attacked them but was defeated by Yat who turned his own constructs against him.
104. Cheshire (11 points)
Jade's mother was raped by either a French man or U.S. Senator Robert Pullman, it is not clear as of yet. She had a traumatizing childhood as she was sold into slavery. This made her psychotic, beginning her path to become one of the world's most ruthless mercenaries.
She killed her master and was adopted by Weng Chan who taught her all he knew of guerrilla fighting. She was taught poisons by the African assassin, Kruen Musenda a.k.a. Spitting Cobra. She was married to Kruen for two years before his death.
She was a rival to the Teen Titans, but when Roy was ordered by the government to infiltrate her confidence and bring her in, the two fell passionately in love. She did not know his identity at the time, but he walked out on her because he could not turn her in. She gave birth to a daughter, Lian Harper, who Jade loved but could not care for.
She left Lian for Roy and returned to her mercenary ways, saving Deathstroke so he would aid her in a plot to steal nuclear weapons from Russia to obliterate the Middle East country of Qurac.
These plans failed when her base was attacked and she had to flee. But she later created her own team, the Ravens. Cheshire was a volunteer joining Vandal Savage's team, Tartarus, a team focused on destroying the Titans. But in a fight, Vandal Savage shot her to distract Arsenal. She recovered, but because of her crimes, such as destroying Qurac, she was imprisoned. The Ravens broke her out but Roy forced her back in.
She later worked with the Secret Six and had sexual relations with Catman, becoming pregnant. But when she betrayed the team to Lex Luthor's society she was shot and critically wounded by Deathstroke. Though she seemed to be dead, she showed up alive in the Himalayas with her and Blake's son.
She then worked with Vandal Savage again, putting hits on the members of the Secret Six, minus Catman. Eventually she took matters into her own hands and stabbed the Mad Hatter with a poisoned knife. She bartered the antidote with Catman for her own safety.
She was later seen in prison receiving a visit from Roy and Lian.
She was recently been seen as a member of the Injustice League Unlimited, but has since disappeared, most likely sent to "Planet Hell", a distant prison planet, to which Amanda Waller's Suicide Squad has been sending villains.
