Pick of the month!
Secret Warriors #4
GLX: Probably the best comic currently being published by Marvel. Killer stuff. Eagerly waiting for the next issue to come out.
Alchemic_Spider: For a book in which not much has happened, I can’t help but enjoy it. And after the events of last months issue…I’m intrigued with where this book is going, and that’s why it’s my pick of the month.
Cable #14
Alchemic_Spider: I jumped on this book late and I have been kicking myself ever since. By far one of the best books Marvel is producing.
Dark Reign: The Hood #1
Alchemic_Spider: Marvel Comics top crimelord finally gets his spotlight. I’m willing to give him a shot.
Final Crisis Aftermath: Dance #1
GLX: This could be fun. Joe Casey and ChrisCross are known for producing quality work.
The Flash: Rebirth #2
GLX: After reading the first issue, I'm interested in what will happen next.
G-Man, Vol.1: Learning To Fly
GLX: I'm a sucker for Chris Giarrusso's work. Buying on sight.
Invincible Iron Man # 13
Alchemic_Spider: This arc has been surprisingly good. I’ll be sticking with this book till the end.
Punisher # 5
Alchemic_Spider: It’s the punisher vs. The Hood…how can I refuse?
Secret Six #9
GLX: One of the best comics that DC is publishing. Oh, and Ragdoll the Boy Wonder sounds awesome.
Teen Titans #71
Alchemic_Spider: I’ve never been a big Teen Titans fan but now that Static is onboard I’m curious to see where the DC Universe takes him.
The Unwritten #1
GLX: Mike Carey and Peter Gross' latest project about a guy who may be connected to a fictional character that shares his name sounds interesting. At a $1, it'll definately be worth a purchase.
Wolverine #73 and #74
GLX: I've got mixed feelings on this one. On one hand, I love that Jason Aaron and Adam Kubert have a tale in these two comics. On the other hand, Daniel Way and Tommy Lee Edwards have a tale in these comics, as well. It's not Tommy Lee Edwards I'm wary of, but Daniel Way's writing. I'm hoping that this will kick major ass.
