Check inside for the art and good times!
Welcome to the Art Group's fourth official front page gallery on the Outhouse! If you want to know the deal, we're a group of artists that chooses a certain comic book related topic every week and then do our best to bring that subject to life in our own unique ways.
We're always looking for new contributors to join our community so if you want to join or just want to talk to us, our thread is located right here.
This week, we worked on John Carpenter's films, so it was a huge range of subjects to choose from. Much of the artwork below should be clickable so enlarge it to full size. Enjoy!
I won't even pretend to guess on some of these since I'm not a Carpenter aficionado but our first entry was from Timberoo and was his take on the Ghosts of Mars film.
Next up was eltopo who delivered quite a few pieces (I'm just assuming these are all from John Carpenter films... I do recognize Lo Pan).
Shutupyourface followed that up with our first Michael Myers.
Next up was jsalwen, who delivered a Snake Plisskin piece (and also some great He-Man stuff just a little too late for last weeks thread--go check 'em out!).
Derm brought in a piece inspired by The Thing.
Greg closed off our week with the Art Group's second Michael Myers.
And that was John Carpenter Movies by the Art Group! A great turn out and some great pieces! Tune in next monday when we'll be bringing you The Melter!

About the Author - SuperginraiX
SuperginraiX is the biggest sap on The Outhousers payroll (wait, we get paid?). He reads every issue of every crappy Marvel crossover so you don't have to. Whats worse is that he pays for his books, thus condining Marvel's behavior. If The Outhouse cared for his well being at all, they'd try and get him into some sort of rehab center. But, alas, none of us even know how to say his name. For a good time, ask Super why Captian America jumped off the Hellicarrier in Fear Itself. Super lives in the frozen wastland that is Minnesota with 15% of the state's population living under his roof: a wife he makes where an Optimus Prime mask and two gremlins.
