Black History Month Day 3: Agent 355

Written by Greg Anderson-Elysee on Wednesday, February 03 2010 and posted in Features
Beautiful and ohh boy does she know how to use a gun and a collapsible baton! Agent 355 is a main character of the fan-favorite series Y The Last Man. Despite her full name being a mystery, her life as a secret agent for Cupler Ring (a mysterious U.S. Government Agency) began after the death of her family in an unfortunate car crash. While in foster a home, she got into a fight with two racist boys, causing her to flee until she was recruited.

Black History Month: Agent 355

When a strange plague hit Earth, wiping out every male mammal on the planet except for Yorick Brown, Agent 355 was assigned to be his bodyguard by the President of the United States which eventually led to her growing crush on Yorick which she denied for most of the series.

Black History Month: Agent 355

It is revealed that Agent 355 could have been the reason for the uncanny plague due to removing the Amulet of Helene from Jordan. Assigned with a mission to save and protect Dr. Hamad and the amulet, a story was told that a catastrophe greater than the Trojan War would occur if the amulet was removed from the nation. When the first part of her mission failed with Dr. Hamad being killed, Agent 355 took the amulet and escaped with it, simultaneous when the plague hit. Talk about carrying the weight of the world. Yeesh.
