First Look at Captain Marvel #2

Get a first look at the second issue of the new hit Captain Marvel series from Marvel Comics!

Carol Danvers is a prominent Marvel character who has a long history and has supported two solo series, one of which ran for 50 issues less than a decade ago, and has been a member of The Avengers and a supporting character in Uncanny X-Men, back when it was good. But then again, she's a chick, so let's slap the name of a character that has failed to be relaunched successfully multiple times since he died in 1982, after supporting a solo series that only ran for about 12 more issues than Carol's recent one. That appears, to this reporter, to be the thought process behind Marvel's new Captain Marvel series, along with a desire to put the screws to DC by maintaining the Captain Marvel trademark. It's selling well though, and by all reports is a great book, so don't let the rampant sexism and misogyny of the vile comic book industry prevent you from picking it up and checking out her boobs.
