Yes, the "Indestructible" teaser from last week teasing an upcoming title by Waid and Yu is for the upcoming "Indestructible Hulk".
In an interview with the two creators, Waid reveals that he is taking a few cues from his successful Daredevil run and taking the Hulk to his core and playing a more heroic role. He will also be using villains the Hulk doesn't usually do battle with such as Frost Giants, Psycho-Man, Attuma, and Kang.
Indestructible Hulk picks up shortly after the events of AVX. Bruce Banner and the Hulk haven't been seen for a while and that makes people nervous. The stories will be less about Banner being a time bomb, and more about him being a targeted WMD. He'll be exploring different areas of the Marvel Universe on a mission, including Jotunheim, The Negative Zone, and Lemuria.
Though he won't initially be dealing much with the other Hulks, Maria Hill will be playng a role in his new story.
As for the "indestructible" part? Waid says it is a subtle nod to Banner's attitude. Yu notices the irony in the description since the Hulk will be sporting armor in the new series. Why he is donning armor hasn't yet been revealed.
Look for Indestructible Hulk in November.
