Valiant Comics heads to Charm City next month, and here's some info about what they'll be up to.

You come at the king (meaning, Big Two comics publishers), then you best not miss. Our friends at Valiant are looking not to miss with their line of comics, so they're headed down to Bawlmer for the Baltimore Comic-Con. They probably won't eat dog shit, or give away scratch'n'sniff cards, but their panels and signings should be fun. Not as much fun as it is to pick up legalized drugs in "Hamsterdam," under the aegis of Major "Bunny" Colvin, but at least the press release below is probably not made up by a drunk Irish cop trying to force the department to earmark more funds for their investigation, or from a reporter making up stories about comic book conventions. So if you're giving a fuck, even when it ain't your turn to, remember that Valiant just wants to be out on those corners and up in the towers, peddling their comics to whoever's looking for them. It's all in the game, yo.
So to all of you headed to the Baltimore Comic-Con, remember one thing: Valiant's comin' yo! After all, it's comics: the one thing this country is still good at.
Then, on Saturday from 2 to 3 pm, get the inside track on the next staggering events that will rock the Valiant Universe at "The Future of Valiant" panel with Robert Venditti & Cary Nord (X-O Manowar), Fred Van Lente (Archer & Armstrong), Justin Jordan (Shadowman), Executive Editor Warren Simons and Chief Creative Officer Dinesh Shamdasani.
