Marvel announced via CBR that it would be releasing a new Thunderbolts series, this time featuring Elektra, Deadpool, Venom, the Punisher and the Red Hulk. Written by Daniel Way with art by Steve Dillon, the team will be founded by General "Thunderbolt" Ross, the Red Hulk's alter-ego, and will focus on "red ops" missions. Unlike other recent Thunderbolts teams, this iteration will have no links to any government or current superhero squads.
It was hinted that the roster would grow during the first few issues, so this probably isn't the full roster. No word on whether Venom or Deadpool will continue to be part of the current secret black ops teams they're currently a part of.
