Marvel announced a new series entitled Cable and X-Force written by newcomer Dennis Hopeless with art by Salvador Larroca. The series will feature Domino, Dr. Nemesis, Forge and Colossus in addition to Cable. The team has been re-billed as a terrorist type of team acting in opposition to Rick Remender's Uncanny X-Force. At least Hopeless admits that his new team will be openly viewed as villains, thus completing the circle of villainy started by Avengers vs. X-Men. Hopeless also notes that the series will be filled with a modern version of "90's techno-swagger" originally seen in Rob Liefeld's much beloved X-Force series.
Hopefully, Hopeless will expose Captain America and Wolverine for the fascists they really are. Viva La Cable! The series starts in December.
