Halo 4: Completed and in Certification

343 Industries announced today that Halo 4 has completed development and has now been sent off for certification before manufacturing begins. (Plus new screenshots)

At this morning's Halo 4 press conference, Frank O'Connor announced that Halo 4 was now complete and has been sent for final approval before going to manufacturing:
We had a big piece of news yesterday back in the office, which is that the game is literally finished at this point. They are handing it off through the various certification processes and that, and we're done. It's been three years of incredibly hard work by about 300 people.
Good news for excited fans eagerly awaiting the November 6th release date.
