DC has quietly announced that Frankenstein: Agent of S.H.A.D.E. has been cancelled as of issue #16. The high concept horror book followed Frankenstein's Monster battling various horrors as an agent of a shadowy global agency, not to be confused with any of the other thirteen shadowy global agencies floating around the New 52. The series was originally written by Jeff Lemire, but recently switched hands to Matt Kindt.
We here at the Outhouse humbly suggest that the next time DC try to use a classic monster in an unconventional setting, it try a musical comic co-starring Tarzan.
Our friends at Nix Comics are sponsoring The Outhouse this week. Show them you appreciate it by checking out their comics. One dollar from every Nix Comics sold this month will go to Kirby-4-Heroes.
