Disney has stated that there are no Indiana Jones sequels planned.

During a phone call with investors, Robert Iger noted that Disney had no plans to produce additional Indiana Jones films due to distribution issues with Paramount. Unlike Star Wars, which has no current distribution deals in place, Paramount seems to have a lock on future Indiana Jones movies.
According to Iger, the company placed no value in the Indiana Jones franchise when it purchase LucasFilms due to the property's entanglement with Paramount. However, fans can still visit the Indiana Jones Stunt Show Spectacular, which is still running at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park.
