2013 brings another film based on a fairy tale, "Jack the Giant Slayer'. This time "Jack the Giant Killer"/"Jack and the Beanstalk" is the basis for the thrilling fantasy romp.

Bryan Singer is directing the film (prepping for Sentinels?), which stars Nicholas Hoult (hey! Beast in X-Men: First Class) as Jack. Eleanor Tomlinson (Alice in Wonderland) plays the female lead. Ian McShane (Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides, Snow White and the Huntsman) and Ewan MGregor (Star Wars prequels) also make an appearance.
