Columbia Pictures has released the trailer to the upcoming M. Night Shyamalan directed science fiction thriller, After Earth.
After Earth takes place one thousand years after a cataclysm forced humans to leave Earth to Nova Prime. General Cypher Raige (Will Smith) and his teenage son Kitai (Jaden Smith) crash land on Earth critically injuring the general. Kitai must brave the new savage land, dangerous alien creature that escaped from their craft, to recover their rescue beacon as his father lay dying.
After Earth lands in theaters June 7, 2013.
