DC Shocker: DC Announces New Semi-Topical Series

DC has announced two new series that will help fill in the gap left by yesterday's mass cancellations. The series will focus on the 1% and the 99% in the DC Universe and will be titled The Green Team and The Movement respectively.
The Movement will be written by Gail Simone, with art by Freddie Williams II, and looks to capture some of the spirit of last year's Occupy movements. Meanwhile The Green Team will focus on a set of rebellious tean billionaires looking to make waves in the DC Universe. The series will have a lighthearted tone and will be written by the crack creative team of Art Baltazar and Franco. Ig Guara will provide the art.
The bottom line is this: Gail Simone and Baltazar/Franco series will be an upgrade to Rob Liefeld castoffs like Deathstroke and Team 7.
