The famous actor has joined the voice cast as Palpatine/Darth Sidious.
The Rock Horror Picture Show actor is taking over the role of Palpatine/Darth Sidious on Star Wars: The Clone Wars (the role had been previously played by the late Ian Abercrombie) starting with the Season 4 Finale to air this Saturday morning on Cartoon Network. After that, the show will move onto Disney XD for the fall with new episodes. Here's a preview of his grand debut as the character:
Though to note, keen listening viewers (including myself) can say he truly began the role at the final seconds of “The Lawless” the conclusion of the Darth Maul/Mandalorian arc.
