Hopefully, it will crossover with Glee and all the Glee characters will be eaten.

Archie Comics announced a new ongoing zombie comic, Afterlife with Archie, to be written by Archie Meets Glee writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. According to their website, "the comic will blend attributes of horror comics along with the typical Archie fare, for both new and old fans to enjoy." We're not totally convinced that there's a lot of crossover potential between fans of those two genres, but, admittedly, we're not executives at the tenth largest comic book company in America, so what do we know?
Little is known about the plot, but we imagine the disease that causes the dead to rise up is contracted by looking at Archie's website, which assaults the brain using an overload of colorful banner ads, fundamentally altering the human DNA.
We'll update you in about six months when we forget we ever wrote this article and mistake the release of the book as a new story.
Archie Meets Glee is in stores today, and Afterlife with Archie will be out in the Fall.
